Ms. Horrigan's practice concentrates on insurance coverage counselling, negotiation, and litigation on behalf of policyholders. She has represented policyholders in directors and officers liability, professional liability and errors and omissions, employment practices liability, fidelity and surety bond, fiduciary liability, cyber liability, first person property and product liability insurance coverage trials, arbitrations and mediation proceedings throughout the country.
