Good afternoon! I am writing in follow up to my email concerning the scheduling of the Long Range Planning Meeting. After hearing back from many of you (thanks for your responses), it appears that the preference of the majority is to have the Long Range Planning meeting in conjunction with our Executive Council Meetings in Tampa. I have spoken with the RPPTL officers and we have arranged end of year deadlines so that we get all of our reports and materials turned around in time to make that happen. To avoid a conflict with a Florida Bar Board of Governors meeting, we will be having our Long Range Planning meeting on Saturday, February 1 immediately following the Executive Council Meeting. Lunch will be provided. Please mark it down on your calendars. I wish we could accommodate everyone but it seems that this will allow a large number to participate.
Thanks again for all you do for the RPPTL Section.

Good afternoon to my long range planning friends! As a reminder, the long range planning meeting is being held in conjunction with the Executive Council meetings in Tampa on Saturday, February 1, immediately following the Executive Council Meeting. Lunch and beverages will be provided. Your officers are meeting this week to finalize their materials for the 2020-2021 Bar Year. I plan to have everything out to you for review at least two weeks before the meeting. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Wishing you all the best in the New Year,
Bill Hennessey
