Sorry, that I cannot help you with. I know there are some or many state regulations governing the rental space that should be included as a condition precedent in the lease before accepting tenancy. (fire suppression is one depending on use and # or occupants, compliance with ADA/Fair Housing, and there are more). Leonard P. Cabral, Esq.
