Recommendation for Owner's Representative, Daytona Beach Commercial Rehab
Need a recommendation for a knowledgeable construction inspector/contact
administrator type to act as periodic onsite Owner's Representative and
consultant for a developer client on a motel rehab project in Daytona Beach
that's in progress and on somewhat of a short fuse.

In the past I have use eric kuritsky for stuff like this, a career reg'd arch, licensed building official, and has at least 10 years of project management experience with Winter Park Construction.
