I am handling another Unlawful Detainer in The Villages. the Villages is
an over 55 age restricted community. My client would like to have her
adult daughter, 14 year old granddaughter, and the baby daddy removed from
her home. Though my client has taken care of the granddaughter while her
daughter was in jail, the grandaughter cannot stay due to the age
restrictions.
Do I need to serve a summons on the 14 year old? Do I need to serve an
additional summons on the adult daughter as guardian for the
granddaughter? Do I need to get a guardian ad litem? If so, how do I do
that? I am really stumpted on this one. thanks for your help. Stay well.

Serve the adult daughter and father as the natural guardian. As a practical matter do not worry about service on the baby. They will not leave the baby behind when you remove them.
