I am looking for proposed jury instruction that were proposed by the committee specifically title: Jury Instruction of the Construction Law Committee of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, 17.36

I someone can point me in the right direction or has a copy it would be greatly appreciated.

RPPTL constructionlaw

Ch 17 in the Florida Bar's construction law manual (Construction Law and Practice) has the jury instructions, but the new (as of a couple of editions ago) numbering scheme doesn't include a 17.36. Let me check an older version. Can you confirm the topic to double check?
