Does anyone have a complaint for the above cause of action that they are
willing to share for a residential landlord tenant case?
In my case my tenant client never moved in because the apartment had a
broken sliding glass door without a locking mechanism which violated the
city code. Landlord refused to return the security deposit or to fix the
door. My client gave landlord all proper notices to repair the door and to
return the deposit money to no avail.
Thanks.
