Attached is an amended Construction Lien prepared in Oregon and signed in Louisiana for a Clearwater, Florida company. In the unusual lien form it specifically states that the signer has no personal knowledge as required by the statute. I believe the company that prepared this document was previously shut down in Ohio for the unlicensed practice of law.
Is this something the CLC should deal with?
Sincerely,
Barry Kalmanson

A UPL complaint can be filed by anyone.
It does not need to come from the CLC and as a general rule it will not come from the CLC.
