Supreme Court approval of Simplified Lease Forms
Lori, it was brought to my attention that the Supreme Court
opinion with the approved documents contained only the blacklined
changes of the Simplified forms. No one can seem to find the clean
versions officially published. Obviously, we have the clean forms, but
wondered if you could track down where the clean forms will be displayed
for public use as several people have now asked for them. Please let
me know if you are able to find anything when you get a chance. thanks

downloaded. On July 21, 2010, I will be speaking in Ft. Lauderdale at a
Landlord-Tenant Law Update CLE seminar on the topics of (1) Landlord and
Tenant Obligations and (2) the Eviction and Judicial Process. The same
seminar will also be held on September 16, 2010 in West Palm Beach. As

The original forms starting 15 years ago were published in a West
Digest. I understand that other current forms, such as family law forms
are available only in PDF, so I believe the answer will be that they
will available in pdf only to the public
