[RPPTL LandTen] Subcommittee on Jurisdictional Question

AJ
Anthony J. Horky
Wed, Mar 21, 2012 1:18 PM

Greetings.  The members who have volunteered for the committee on addressing
the jurisdictional problem with ss. 34.01 and 34.011, Fla. Stat., are:

Anthony J. Horky

Gil O. Acevedo

Lainie J. Simon

Michael L. Grant

Manuel Farach

I believe the first step in the process will be to hold a telephone
conference to identify the issues, decide whether we need a clarification to
or re-write of the statute, and to assign projects to the members. To
reacquaint everyone with the issue, I have attached a copy of the materials
from our February 24, 2012 meeting.

I propose that the telephone conference take place next week or the first
week of April.  If anyone has a conflict, please email me directly with the
date(s)/times.  I believe that Neil will try to obtain a conference call
number through the Florida Bar for us?  Neil, if you need a specific
date/time, please  let me know and I will nail this down with the other
members.

Thank you everyone.

Regards,

Anthony J. Horky, Esquire
