Hello All;

Does anyone have a case describing what is a reasonable amount of time for
Landlord to cure damage to property?

Tenant failed to provide 7 Day Notice and immediately vacated upon learning
of mold damage without giving Landlord any opportunity to cure.  There were
14 months remaining on the lease term.

Thank you in advance.

Respectfully,

Jeff
