To All Members,

The last email from Rob provided the background for this statute, i.e. removal of a boyfriend after a breakup.  It is now out of sect 83 and moved into sect. 82.  Please review.  Need the comments back tomorrow morning.  Thanks.  Arlene

Arlene, here is an updated version of the proposal for removing houseguests. As you will  note, this has now been taken out of ch. 83. Please review and advise with your thoughts. Note the needed time frame. Thanks. Rob
