The Florida Supreme Court today approved a new board certification category in Insurance Coverage Law (the opinion is attached). Getting this approved has been a long road and cause célèbre for many in our own CLC, particularly Debbie Crockett, who has devoted countless hours to this project and its companion conference "Coverage College" which had its first and very successful year alongside the CLI and Construction Board Certification Review.
