Folks,

I hope everyone and a great weekend.  Many of us were in Orlando for another fantastic annual Construction Law Institute.  If you were there, hopefully you are recovered for the CLC's monthly conference call and CLE, scheduled for today at 11:30.

Our speaker today will be Fredric L. Plotnick, Ph.D., Esq., P.E., who will speak about "Evidence Issues in Forensic Use of CPM Scheduling."
