Attached is the CLE Course Credit issued for the Landlord-Tenant Committee
meeting held during the state RPPTL annual convention on May 22, 2009;
Course # 39329 (1.5 hours). Scott Dibbs of Hill Ward Henderson in Tampa led
us in an examination of the conflicting interests among owners, tenants, and
lenders in documenting subordination, nondisturbance, and attornment
agreements. This was another great presentation to our Committee by Scott.
Thank you, Scott!
The attendees will need to log-in to the Florida Bar's web site to post
this course credit.
If any of you have ideas for future CLE programs, please contact Art
Menor, Neil Shoter, Scott Frank, or me. We're always interested in good topics.
Thank you very much for your participation.
Sincerely,
Jo Claire Spear
