Registration for the Tampa meeting at the Grand Hyatt is now open.  FIRST, PLEASE THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETELY READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PROCEEDING TO REGISTER:

1. The process for making your hotel reservation is the same as we used for the Miami meeting.

2. You should first log into your Florida Bar account (NOT on the RPPTL Section website), and then click on the link provided in #7 below to begin the registration process.

3. After you have completed your registration for the Executive Council meeting events, you will reach a webpage such as the following:

Please remember that you can only reserve 1 hotel room under the room block - if you desire a second room, you will need to contact the Grand Hyatt directly and book under their standard rate.  If somehow an error is made by the Grand Hyatt that provides you with a second room within the room block, please be aware that we will be canceling your second room (as we monitor the room block) - again, we have a limited number of rooms and need to provide access to as many Executive Council members as possible.

Happy Monday morning.  If you are attending the dinner at my house on Wednesday evening, here are the critical details:

1.   Attire is very casual - be comfortable and bring a jacket (weather permitting, we will have the house open and will be using the pool and covered deck).
   

2.   Address is 2944 Chancery Lane in Clearwater - it is about a 15-20 minute drive from the Grand Hyatt.
   

3.   Here are directions:
   

a.      From the Grand Hyatt, take S.R. 60 (the Courtney Campbell Causeway) going west towards Clearwater.

b.      You will go about 10 miles across the Causeway and take a right onto McMullen Booth Road.

c.      You will travel about 2.5 miles and take a left at the light onto Union Street (it is the first light after Sunset Point Road).

d.      You will travel about 0.1 miles and turn right on Divino Drive into the Elysium subdivision

e.      Turn left onto Chancery Lane (the third street) and our house is the second house on the right.

Registration for the Tampa meeting at the Grand Hyatt is now open.  FIRST, PLEASE THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETELY READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PROCEEDING TO REGISTER:

1. The process for making your hotel reservation is the same as we used for the Miami meeting.

2. You should first log into your Florida Bar account (NOT on the RPPTL Section website), and then click on the link provided in #7 below to begin the registration process.

3. After you have completed your registration for the Executive Council meeting events, you will reach a webpage such as the following:

4. Click on "Continue to Event" and a new page will appear with the following at the top of your screen:

Please remember that you can only reserve 1 hotel room under the room block - if you desire a second room, you will need to contact the Grand Hyatt directly and book under their standard rate.  If somehow an error is made by the Grand Hyatt that provides you with a second room within the room block, please be aware that we will be canceling your second room (as we monitor the room block) - again, we have a limited number of rooms and need to provide access to as many Executive Council members as possible.

Happy Monday morning.  If you are attending the dinner at my house on Wednesday evening, here are the critical details:

1.   Attire is very casual - be comfortable and bring a jacket (weather permitting, we will have the house open and will be using the pool and covered deck).
   

2.   Address is 2944 Chancery Lane in Clearwater - it is about a 15-20 minute drive from the Grand Hyatt.
   

3.   Here are directions:
   

a.      From the Grand Hyatt, take S.R. 60 (the Courtney Campbell Causeway) going west towards Clearwater.

b.      You will go about 10 miles across the Causeway and take a right onto McMullen Booth Road.

c.      You will travel about 2.5 miles and take a left at the light onto Union Street (it is the first light after Sunset Point Road).

d.      You will travel about 0.1 miles and turn right on Divino Drive into the Elysium subdivision

e.      Turn left onto Chancery Lane (the third street) and our house is the second house on the right.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION, YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO MARY ANN (mobos@floridabar.orgmailto:mobos@floridabar.org) WITH THE DETAILS.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL MARY ANN TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION - IT MUST BE DONE VIA EMAIL.  ALSO, THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE HANDLING CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE HOTEL ROOM, SO CALLING THE HOTEL WILL NOT WORK.
9. Finally, remember, please...please....PLEASE be patient with this process - while we believe that all bugs and issues in the process have been resolved, it is possible that problems could arise.  Again, breathe, we will get any problems taken care of as fast as we can.
