Attached is a revised version of the proposed article on the requirement
of a notice to a holdover tenant before eviction.  The first draft of
this article was prepared by Phyllis Harley and I then prepared a
redraft which was circulated to this committee.  Comments were received
from Neil Shoter and Jo Claire Spear and I then prepared the attached
redraft incorporating those comments and making other editorial changes.

We will discuss this article in our meeting tomorrow.  It is my
intention to submit it to the Action Line next week so if you have any
comments or suggested changes please submit them by Monday.

Thank you.
