All,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good residential roof expert in the South Florida area? Property is in Broward, but I guess someone close by in Palm Beach or Dade would work too. Thanks.

Best person to use is Steven Thomas, Roof Leak Detection Company. I have used him primarily for commercial work but he does many residential claims as well.
