I have, likewise, spoken with Lee, and he’s thrilled about his appointment to serve as co-chair of the Legislative Committee.  He explained that, had he been given a choice, that is the position he would’ve liked to have!  He also was thrilled to learn that Sancha had accepted her reappointment since he thoroughly enjoyed working with her when they both served as CLE chairs.  He appreciates the confidence that the former chairs have expressed in him by the appointment since he recognizes the importance of the work performed by that committee.

Willie K was out yesterday. I just spoke with her and she was delighted to serve another term as ALMs director. She acknowledged that actual rather than virtual attendance at meetings is critical, especially for executive committee members, and committed to doing so going forward.  She also agreed to enlist the ALMs to identify and recruit RPPTLs in “underrepresented” areas of the State and plans to coordinate that effort with the Information, Technology and Communications Committee--which my partner Hardy Roberts chairs, and I gave him a heads up.

I have, likewise, spoken with Lee, and he’s thrilled about his appointment to serve as co-chair of the Legislative Committee.  He explained that, had he been given a choice, that is the position he would’ve liked to have!  He also was thrilled to learn that Sancha had accepted her reappointment since he thoroughly enjoyed working with her when they both served as CLE chairs.  He appreciates the confidence that the former chairs have expressed in him by the appointment since he recognizes the importance of the work performed by that committee.
