I am able to get expedited (wi 24 hours) execution of commercial property
writs of possession in Dade by paying an extra fee.

'Anybody know: How can I get expedited execution in Broward and Palm
Beach?

My understanding is that in South Florida, only Miami-Dade's Sheriff offers
this service.
