All:

I know we touched on it a bit last month, but for the sake of clarification.
I have a potential Client that called with that question.

His Sister (living out of the country) wants him to act as property manager
of her single – family home which she rents out annually.  He will be paid a
small salary and reimbursements.

I have explored having his Sister give him a small interest in the property
to make him an “Owner” or, alternatively, setting up a Trust, with him as
trustee.  I feel the answer is much simpler than this.  I recall last month
Harry Heist remarked: Under 475, property management is not a listed real
estate activity requiring licensure.

Your thoughts are appreciated.
