Subject: Joint Meeting tomorrow in St. Augustine
Importance: High

Hello Everyone,

Our joint meeting with the Insurance Committee is scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm.  We have several recurring items to discuss, but the two main topics for discussion tomorrow will be a continuation of the presentation on CHIRAs by Chase Adams and formulating a plan for an official response to the Robertson case.  Attached are additional materials sent to me by Chase Adams.  If you will recall, we had to cut short Chase's scheduled presentation in Naples due to the unexpected onslaught of bankruptcy cases in need of attention.

Additionally, I have been in discussion with some people from New York Life in regard to the IRA "Divorce" statute, and I want to share their concerns, as well as what I think might be the best compromise.

I will forward an agenda later today but this is the substance of the meeting.  Howard, please forward this to the Insurance committee as I wasn't quite sure how to do that.

Thanks, and I look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow.

Kris
