We are providing you, as members of the "back row" with a first look at the RPPTL "Beta" Microsite. This site is not live and requires the following password: FLBAR2023 . We will provide access to all Executive Council members prior to the Communications Committee meeting, which is scheduled for Monday, February 13th, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. The "Beta" Microsite is one of the primary deliverables from our PR firm, Schifino Lee, and is designed not to replace our existing RPPTL Website but, instead, to present the Section to the public at large. Please understand that the Microsite will be primarily populated with information designed for the public in the future. Therefore, consider the information, links and video found there to be potential content or merely placeholders for future content. We have also attached a link to the Communications Committee's webpage for your reference. On the Committee's webpage you will find: 1 - The Committee's Mission Statement and Current Priorities; 2 - The Approval Process for existing legislative positions or initiatives; 3 - The Approval Process for new legislative positions or initiatives; 4 - The Contract Documents; 5 - The Committee's meeting minutes; 6 - The Florida Bar Social Media Polity; and 7 - The Florida Board of Governors' Bylaws regarding political or legislative activity. We hope you will spend time reviewing the Microsite and the information contained on the Committee's webpage. The decision to continue our engagement with Schifino Lee for an additional six-month period will be an action item at the Executive Council Meeting on Saturday, February 25th so we want to address any questions and concerns in advance of that renewal vote.
