Larry confirmed that he intends to finish his term as Legislative Co-Chair with “verve, zeal and focus”.  So we need not do an interim appointment/replacement at this time.  LRP just needs to replace him as an officer for Katherine’s year.

Unrelated, I am really going to miss his wit and positive attitude.  He was always a breath of fresh air.

I have also marked up my first set, but at the same time I appreciate the updates, and the explanation letting us know where and what was updated.

All was on the production/presentation side. Nothing that has made the review more difficult or changed minds.

I note that the amount of information prepared for the LRP has expanded exponentially and regrettably there will be a few items that slip through, especially just being in presentation.

That said, Laird with all of these emails of drop outs, we may be the only there in Tampa.  You do anything to scare the others from attending??  Certainly, it was nothing I could have said (or done)!

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.

I have also marked up my first set, but at the same time I appreciate the updates, and the explanation letting us know where and what was updated.

I note that the amount of information prepared for the LRP has expanded exponentially and regrettably there will be a few items that slip through, especially just being in presentation.

That said, Laird with all of these emails of drop outs, we may be the only there in Tampa.  You do anything to scare the others from attending??  Certainly, it was nothing I could have said (or done)!

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.

I note that the amount of information prepared for the LRP has expanded exponentially and regrettably there will be a few items that slip through, especially just being in presentation.

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.

In a positive manner, thank you Katherine for the updates.

I have also marked up my first set, but at the same time I appreciate the updates, and the explanation letting us know where and what was updated.

All was on the production/presentation side. Nothing that has made the review more difficult or changed minds.

I note that the amount of information prepared for the LRP has expanded exponentially and regrettably there will be a few items that slip through, especially just being in presentation.

That said, Laird with all of these emails of drop outs, we may be the only there in Tampa.  You do anything to scare the others from attending??  Certainly, it was nothing I could have said (or done)!

… or could it me that the PR Firm created a slide show…..  Nuff said!

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.

It is my understanding that Larry is planning to finish his term as Legislative Co-Chair (which ends July 1) and wants to continue on the Executive Council.  He just does not want to continue on the Executive Committee/Leadership after this term.  Since there seems to be some confusion on that, I am trying to confirm with him now, but he is on a client call at this time.

Thank you for your message regarding Larry.  I assume that he is just making himself unavailable for re-election to another position on the Executive Committee for the 2023-2024 Bar year, and not resigning his current position, which would require the selection of a replacement  by the Section Chair for the balance of 2022-2023 and a recommendation for that replacement by LRPC.  Please advise if I am mistaken.  Many thanks.

In a positive manner, thank you Katherine for the updates.

I have also marked up my first set, but at the same time I appreciate the updates, and the explanation letting us know where and what was updated.

All was on the production/presentation side. Nothing that has made the review more difficult or changed minds.

I note that the amount of information prepared for the LRP has expanded exponentially and regrettably there will be a few items that slip through, especially just being in presentation.

That said, Laird with all of these emails of drop outs, we may be the only there in Tampa.  You do anything to scare the others from attending??  Certainly, it was nothing I could have said (or done)!

… or could it me that the PR Firm created a slide show…..  Nuff said!

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.

I have also marked up my first set, but at the same time I appreciate the updates, and the explanation letting us know where and what was updated.

All was on the production/presentation side. Nothing that has made the review more difficult or changed minds.

I note that the amount of information prepared for the LRP has expanded exponentially and regrettably there will be a few items that slip through, especially just being in presentation.

That said, Laird with all of these emails of drop outs, we may be the only there in Tampa.  You do anything to scare the others from attending??  Certainly, it was nothing I could have said (or done)!

… or could it me that the PR Firm created a slide show…..  Nuff said!

I find this to have become pretty frustrating.  When the materials were first provided, which I think was admittedly incomplete, I had those materials printed.  Then I received another email that with replacements for certain parts.  Then we received the missing parts.  And today I think we have received yet another revised version fixing some mistakes.

To say these various versions have created some wasted time would be an understatement…hopefully we can get this right the first time next year.
