Treace, out of the 5th DCA. This is a recent and interesting case concerning a successful appeal and reversal of the trial court's refusal to find that the Plaintiff's award for attorneys' fees were covered under MCC's CGL policy. Mr. Whelan successfully handled this case on behalf of the ultimately successful homeowners.
