I would appreciate any assistance with a referral to a Pasco County attorney who would be willing to serve as military ad litem attorney for the military defendant in a Pasco nonpayment eviction.  The active service military defendant has not responded to the apartment community’s notices or to the eviction action.  We need a military ad litem attorney in order to precede with his/her appointment by the court and report to the court.  We assume responsibility for the attorney fees, pay the attorney directly and then bill our client as a cost advanced, so there is no risk of the attorney going unpaid.  We also supply the necessary forms, if needed, to the attorney.
