Final Judgment invalidating Construction lien prepared by Express Lien d/b/a Levelset
Attached is another final judgment finding that a lien prepared by Express Lien, Inc. d/b/a Levelset is invalid as a result of the failure to comply with Section 713.08 Florida Statutes. This seems to be getting more common around the state.

I've seen a few garbage liens form similar "services" recently too. They seem to come out of Oregon or Louisiana frequently.

The timing on this is impeccable. I told a client this morning who had used one of those services for his NTO, and was considering using them for a lien, that it was a bad idea, and the unlicensed practice of law.
