I have a landlord friend who needs some advice re: a Sec. 8 apt. tenant-- and possible claim- lady is claiming she fell in apt. - She has been there 4 years. In any event- these are the 2 "unusual" issues for an eviction or early lease temination (thats what the tenant also wants I think).
Please let me know if anyone is interested in representing this landlord. The apt. is in Miami-- south.

Thank you-, Adrienne
