Anyone familiar with new F.S. 718.112 as to 90 day certification of elected board members to certify they have read the governing documents (declaration, articles bylaws and policies), will work to uphold those documents and also faithful discharge fiduciary responsibilities?

Apply to timeshare condos as well as condos??

Any suggestions on who might know for this new statute?
