If the tenant was not personally served in a foreclosure what happens to the current lease since 2015? Does the tenant have to enter into a new lease to stay?
If the lease was entered into in 2014 does the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act still protect the tenant? Any cases? Any theory?

I believe that since PTFS expired in 2014 the execution of a lease during foreclosure proceedings would not protect the tenant as the tenant is on notice of the foreclosure.
I do not believe it does, most Judges in Dade have been agreeing with this position. I wish I had case law.
