Hello everyone. This email is to clarify the meeting registration instructions. The procedure for attending committee meetings has been updated and I think you will be pleased.
If you wish to attend any of the RPPTL Section Committee meetings, you have to register here through the Florida Bar. You will then receive a registration confirmation and access to the desktop or mobile app (or both if you wish) so that you can enter the Zoom meeting rooms and access the agendas and other materials.
Below are the steps to register for the upcoming Breakers committee meetings and functions. Please read the entire email before clicking any links.

After you register for on-site events (remember that the Legislative Update is a separate registration), you will receive an email regarding hotel room reservations. Unfortunately, the Breakers' hotel room block is already full. The hotel is operating at reduced capacity and we do not have the same number of rooms in our block that we normally have. After registering for the events, you will receive an email (be patient, it may take a little while for the email to arrive) that will have options for you. You can choose to get on the waiting list for the Breakers, reserve a room at the Brazilian Court on Palm Beach, select another local hotel or attend via Zoom from wherever you are. Please know that unlike previous years, those staying offsite can come to the Breakers for the various meetings, meals and seminar, but cannot use the pool and beach area. My apologies, this is a new hotel policy - we have done our best to obtain more rooms, and we will continue to work on this, but unfortunately this is out of our control.
