I wanted to let you know that Sheri and I are planning to host a dinner at our house in Clearwater for the Past Chairs and the Executive Committee (and their spouses/significant others) on Wednesday, January 29th (the day before the Tampa Executive Council meeting). There is no need to advise whether or not you will be able to attend (a formal invitation will be sent in January), but I wanted to let you know of this dinner so that those of you not in the Tampa Bay area could begin to plan your travel if you desire to attend. We are planning to send around the information for the Tampa meeting just before Thanksgiving, with EC meeting registration and hotel reservations opening for you shortly thereafter.
