Occasionally one of my single family home property managers or their company will be sued along with the property owner for things like dog bites, slip and fall cases etc. The insurance carrier for the property management company often does not cover so they are on their own to hire a defense attorney. Does anyone do this type of work for companies where there is no insurance involved or can you recommend someone? We need one right now in the JAX area.
