Greetings.  Following on last week's email, early registration for the EC meeting events is now open.  Even though there are instructions on page 5 of the Brochure, because this is an early registration, it is not published on the Bar website.  So, here is the procedure that you must follow to register:

1.   Log into your account on the Florida Bar website - www.floridabar.org<http://www.floridabar.org>.
   

2.   Once you are logged in, please click on this link - https://member.floridabar.org/s/lt-event?id=a1R1R0000052X8XUAU#Schedule.
   

Remember, once you have completed this registration, you will receive an email with a link to the Breakers website to make your hotel reservation.  Please be sure to register for the EC events and then reserve your hotel room quickly - we will be opening the process to all Executive Council members next week.

Also, attached is an updated Brochure - we have added 2 committee meetings that were inadvertently left off of Thursday's schedule.  Nothing else has changed in the Brochure.

Finally, as a reminder, If you have any questions concerning the new procedures, or have issues with registering on the Bar website or with hotel reservations, DO NOT CALL MARY ANN OBOS OR HILARY STEPHENS, AND DO NOT HAVE YOUR LEGAL ASSISTANT CALL MARY ANN OR HILARY.  You can either (1) email Mary Ann at mobos@floridabar.orgmailto:mobos@floridabar.org and she will get back to you as soon as she can, or (2) call or email me.

Happy Friday to all!  Attached is the Brochure for our upcoming meeting at the Breakers in July.  As I have referenced at our previous EC meetings, we are implementing a new process for registering for EC events and making your hotel reservation - hopefully this will assist with the room block issues that we have been having.  The Brochure contains detailed information about the procedures, as well as the events and the committee meeting schedule, so please read the entire brochure.

Registration will open during the week of May 13th.  We are sending the Brochure now so that you have sufficient time to determine what events you will sign up for.
