I assume that by its section number the proposed section 83.577 of SB704 and its 120 day notice provision only applies to section 83.57 termination of tenancy without a specific term. However, it would seem that something is missing to reconcile the proposed 120 day notice provision with termination notice provions contained in 83.56.
