I have a property manager client who does not have coverage for a claim by the tenant for an alleged personal injury. The tenant sued the owner but the property manager was not involved and has no clue what the outcome was. Now the tenant is suing the property management company and an answer needs to be filed and the case defended. Tenant is claiming the vertical blinds fell and injured him. Any attorney in the Orlando area interested in representing the property manager? Answer needs to be filed in about 9 days unless I get an extension.
