Subject: [RPPTL LandTen] ELDERLY TENANTS

What is a good approach when an apartment manager sees that a person is unable to live by themselves? Wandering, housekeeping, walking around naked, confused etc and no relatives seem to be around or they don’t care?

Ideas?

Harry
