The Governor's Order (attached) extending the eviction moratorium
through September 1 amends the previous orders. From the amended
language doe it appear that non-payment rent cases can be filed and the
only limitation is on the "final action" meaning a writ will not issue?

Also…the reference to “residential”….does anyone thing this will “open up” the courts to finalizing commercial matters?

Does anyone have amy case law holding that a sheriff or police have no authority to post notices or assist landlords in posting 3-day notices or any type of notice. I know there are cases out there but I am just not up to doing anything just yet, especially researching cases.
