Does anybody know of any lawsuits that have been filed to challenge the Governor’s authority to keep extending the moratorium on evictions?

I have one commercial eviction in Miami-Dade moving through the pipeline, summons has been issued and waiting to see if Clerk will enter default.

I have filed holdover evictions in both Dade and Broward County, for Dade
county the summons must be mailed in to the clerk's office, with stamped
return envelopes to you and the tenant. The clerk's are issuing
case numbers and summonses. I have not obtained judgments yet, but
defaults will be due this week.

Yes. Filed commercial eviction in Broward on June 4. Got FJ today. Have not explored service of writ issue as of yet.
Client was also sued for eviction in PB County. We resolved but opposing counsel was able to get rent determination Zoom hearing scheduled within 2 weeks of response to complaint (hearing did not proceed).
