Dresden just returned my call, and I told her that she has been unanimously nominated to serve on next year’s executive committee as the treasurer. We discussed the commitment this means and I told her there is no commitment by either the section or from her for more than this next year as treasurer.
She told me that she does not think that numbers are her strong suit; I told her that the long range planning committee knows that tenacity is certainly among her good qualities, and that we are confident that she will be able to discharge the responsibilities of the treasurer next year.
She asked me to relay her appreciation as she accepted the nomination.
I also spoke to Jon Scuderi and he is very pleased to move into the probate and trust Director position next year.
