The Insurance & Surety Committee will be meeting on Friday, November 14th at 8:00 am in the Royal Palm 2-3. Since we will be having a Committee meeting on Friday, the monthly call scheduled for Monday, November 17th will be cancelled. The next telephonic meeting will be Monday, December 15th beginning at noon. Charles E. Comiskey, President of RiskTech, Inc. and Senior Vice President for Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. provide the CLE presentation for the December 15th meeting. His presentation is titled: "Insurance Gaps - In the Eyes of the Beholder." Mr. Comiskey's presentation will address selected indemnity and coverage issues and how critical gaps in coverage should be addressed by the practitioners. His presentation will provide practical tips which should be useful to all of us and our clients. We look forward to the meeting on Friday, and the call in December.
