How do you all advise if an applicant has no US ID, no SS number and only a passport, Visa or ITIN number? If the manager cannot do a credit/background check, can they deny? Is this not possibly discrimination or a discriminatory impact? Ironically, I rarely have to evict foreign tenants and almost all of them pay the rent on time.
