I often need to refer cases regarding my clients (owners and property
managers) having problems with associations, condo/hoa.  Everyone I know
won't touch this as they want association business so feel this is a
conflict and I fully understand.

If you are willing to butt heads with associations regarding law violations,
restrictions, application denials, Fair Housing violations, unreasonableness
with rentals, illegal doc changes etc., please email me. The associations
are completely out of control but we don't have the expertise to deal with
this. Some of these could be really juicy discrimination cases.

Glad I am not the only one who feels the associations are completely out of control right now.  I think it's a symptom of the foreclosure crisis and misdirected anger towards toward the landlord/property owners.  I have many pending disputes and lawsuits for associations and would be glad to take any referrals in Palm Beach County.
