Dear Past Chairs:
I wanted to share with the Past Chairs some exciting news about our RPPTL administrator team….

Diana has accepted the assistant Director Programs position with The Florida Bar! This is a great opportunity for her and we’re thrilled for her and congratulate her!

We are equally excited to announce that Hilary has been promoted to the position of Program Administrator for RPPTL effective as of 9/16 ! As many of you know, Hilary has worked closely with RPPTL for over 5 1/2 years – working her way up to Assistant Program Administrator. Hilary has in depth historical RPPTL knowledge! We all know Hilary‘s extensive CLE knowledge, and that knowledge extends to the event planning for our complicated CLE programming among many other talents.

Please congratulate Hilary and we are excited to work with Hilary on all things RPPTL! Diana will of course help transition Hilary, and, of course, our team will need to do so as well. We all need to be resources to each other to help ensure what we know will be a seamless transition. The Florida Bar is in the process of posting the job opening for the Assistant Program Administrator position.

I’ll be announcing this change to the Executive Council tomorrow.

This is, indeed, very good news for all involved, particularly RPPTL.

We now have past section administrators in the chain of command directly to the ExDir Doyle. Diana is now the direct report to RPPTL’s section administrator and Terry is Diana’s direct report. An organization cannot be better positioned for an understanding of its needs than RPPTL is now positioned.

Hilary has really proven her cred for the Section and we are lucky to have her as a dedicated employee. She will be an effective administrator and will have terrific support. Now she just has to find her new assistant!

This is a great opportunity for her and we’re thrilled for her and congratulate her! We are equally excited to announce that Hilary has been promoted to the position of Program Administrator for RPPTL effective as of 9/16 ! As many of you know, Hilary has worked closely with RPPTL for over 5 1/2 years – working her way up to Assistant Program Administrator. Hilary has in depth historical RPPTL knowledge! We all know Hilary‘s extensive CLE knowledge, and that knowledge extends to the event planning for our complicated CLE programming among many other talents. Please congratulate Hilary and we are excited to work with Hilary on all things RPPTL! Diana will of course help transition Hilary, and, of course, our team will need to do so as well. We all need to be resources to each other to help ensure what we know will be a seamless transition.
