Dear RPPTL Friends:

Registration is now open for the Out of State Executive Council Meeting  - September 20-24, 2023. I hope that you are as excited as John and I are for this trip to Québec City! September is a beautiful time of year to visit Québec City with wonderful temperatures and the changing of leaves.  It is truly an amazing Canadian city in an idyllic setting with European charm.  We hope that you will sign up for the meeting as soon as possible! The Out of State Meeting, in particular, does sell out quickly given our smaller room block.

Trip highlights and options include the following:

Wednesday:      We start our trip with a welcome reception on Wednesday evening at our hotel- the historic Fairmont Le Cháteau Frontenac.  Our grand castle-like hotel has magnificent views overlooking the St. Lawrence River and the architecture of the historic Old City.

Thursday:          Please join us for breakfast, as we start the day with the opportunity to sign up for an ideal overview of Québec City - a historical walking tour and lunch cruise on the St. Lawrence River.  In the evening, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a Québec City Dine-Around to enjoy some of Québec City’s fine restaurants.

Friday:                  We have a terrific selection of optional excursions scheduled for Friday including a Panoramic Bicycle Ride on South Shore of Québec City, an Architectural Walking Tour of Québec City or the Flavor Trail of the Île d’Orleans and Lunch.  We have dinner scheduled at the Manoir Montmorency which is located on the western cliff of the historic Montmorency Falls Park.

Saturday:            We have a guided tour scheduled if you would like to visit the Citadelle de Québec where you will visit and learn about the Governor General Residence and the history and military life of Québec.  We will cap off our day with dinner at the Parliament Building of Québec.  It is one of the oldest Parliamentary institutions in North America.

Sunday:                Please grab a bite to eat and bid au revoir to each other before we head back home.

Be sure to review the brochure for many more details about these trips.  You can find the brochure on the Overview page in the registration link below.

No refunds will be given unless your registration can be filled by another individual.
