All,

Please email me directly (smickley@whitebirdlaw.commailto:smickley@whitebirdlaw.com and copy my assistant lsmith@whitebirdlaw.commailto:lsmith@whitebirdlaw.com ) if you want to be on the legislative subcommittee of the CLC. I have a lot of people on the subcommittee that are no longer active and many that want to be active, but I do not have their information.

There is a recent proposed piece of legislation that proposes to eliminate the statute of repose in 95.11(3)(c), Fla. Stat. and makes drastic changes to the Ch. 558 Statute. We need very active participation by members of the legislative subcommittee in addressing this proposed bill.

Thanks in advance.
