Our office will not file an eviction if a tenant has a letter for a service animal or animals from a healthcare provider, even if the licensed doctors that are prescribing these animals are online. We just are not set up for those types of cases or have the experience or knowledge.
If anyone is willing to take these cases, I will have referrals.
