Afternoon all. Quick question. Any reason to think that a sanitation/lift station pump out company that vacuums out and physically removes waste (human, gray water, ...) from a nonfunctioning lift station on a project under construction DOES NOT have lien or bond rights? Until the lift station was functional, they could not get a CO. I see it just like a construction dumpster/waste hauling company. Thoughts?
Thanks and have a great weekend.

Pumping poop definitely sounds like an improvement, especially given the alternative. Lien it.
