Dear Landlord and Tenant Committee Members, The next Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2014, from 3:30 – 5:00 PM at the RPPTL Executive Council Meeting at the Naples Grande Resort in the Acacia 7 room. The Agenda for the upcoming meeting is attached, as well as the Minutes from the last meeting, which will be submitted for approval at the Naples meeting. The Naples meeting presentation will be on the topic of ground lease buy outs in the cell tower industry. A panel of experts from SBA Communications (currently scheduled are Neil Seidman, Lawrence Harris and Martin Aljovin) will discuss the issues in these transactions. CLE credit will be applied for.
