Attached you will find redlined and clean drafts of the Florida Supreme Court leases for both single family/duplex and apartment/multifamily rentals. The redlines are changes from the versions presented at the last Executive Council Meeting. Many of the changes have been vetted by our committee, the Condo-Planned Development Committee, as well as the Florida Realtors and the Housing Umbrella Group (HUG). Given the number of revisions since this started, we would like to provide the Leasing Committee members with the final opportunity to review and comment on these changes before the next Executive Council meeting. Therefore, we have scheduled a Zoom meeting specifically and only for discussion of the revised lease forms to get any final committee concerns vetted before the next meeting.
